My now wife was in a bad DV relationship prior. 3 yrs ago she left me again for this guy again. I know him. I found out and broke only his windshield. She states she was forced by him to file a OP/family offense. He turned her in to a addict.Now-court directs her to write letter to drop a expiring OP never dircted to have it notarized. I walked her in to day reporting to ask about community to be switch to now passed mothers nursing home. 3 days later I get a letter; Crim. Contempt 2nd. Her lawyer and her draft a sworn affidavit that DV never occurred-she was forced and she made the contact also I was a great father-husband. One judge now controls her and I. Sends her 3.5 hours away to a rehab. We have a daughter and I supported she stay with her for successful treatment. Now he won't let her come home, visit, and says she must divorce me to get her son back from prev.relationship. Judge has caused a breakdown in marriage and our family. DV charge stated control $ no priors.
