Q: If I am partially at fault for a tramatic burn injury, is it possible I could still have a case?

My injuries were extensive, as are medical cost.

A: Yes. Kentucky is a pure comparative fault state.

LeAnna M. Homandberg agrees with this answer

A: First if its on the job, usually fault doesn't matter. Talk to a member of the Ky. Assn for Justice who handles comp. You may have product, other issues--you didn't give many facts.

If you think you are partly at fault do not discuss how this happened on any social media or any page like this--insurance companies read these pages, find their way onto Facebook.
