Q: Can I file for a trademark?
The word "HypeFit" is taken as a standard charter mark, but I want to trademark the word but spelled as in "hypefit" instead. Is this possible?

A: Check whether there is industry overlap and geographic overlap if there is, I would advise against using the same name even if you wanted to use lowercase only.
