A: Patent forms can be found here: https://www.uspto.gov/patent/forms/forms-patent-applications-filed-or-after-september-16-2012

A patent application is a document that a patent attorney writes for an inventor, based on an interview with the inventor, or based on various documents that the inventor sends to the patent attorney.

Your first step is to figure out what your invention is.

Your second step is to figure out how you are going to make money on your invention.

If you need a patent in order to make money on your invention, or if you are not sure, then your third step is to find a patent lawyer who will be able to help you get the patent. The patent lawyer will be able to help you decide if it makes sense to file for a patent, or not, and how much it will cost you. If it makes sense to file a patent application, then hire the patent lawyer to write, file and prosecute the application for you.

Good luck!
