Q: attn, got partial disbursement on his own and they sent me junk 3 party ck that I couldn't cash so I then made a request

for less money to me 35k and 15k to attn. who had said he needed more and he changed my request to get me 50k and him 15k now he has gone thru that and says needs more and I suggested taking some from the final disbursement coming soon but he started the whole SNAFU on his own and surprised me with a mailing of the 3 party check. other attorney is representing my sister and the administrator and has even told us so on an answer she sent I feel cheated by my attn. but what can I do? We are trying to prove that my Dad was beaten so bad a doctor did and intervention to take my Dad away from the home car of the POA holder neighbor and friends and ripped off for Two + years before this beating and he then died 70 days after doctor intervention female neighbor got POA on mt Dad and her husband has POA on another wealthy neighbor, etc. Crooks!

A: Sounds like a very complicated case. So sitting here no one can say if it is or isn't reasonable. First, review the totals--who got what. As far as costs, you should be able to get a list of them--or the administrator would. At a certain point it may not make sense to spend more money. Suits involving doctor malpractice are very expensive and here you seem to have some pretty complicated facts. Once you have a better idea of who is getting what,speak with a member of CAOC--they give free consultations.
