Q: What are my rights and options as a tenant
I have reported number of time to management about my neighbor stalking, me harassing me, cutting lock off my shed and stealing from me, he has striped everything on my boat from taking my electrical panels out, septic system, holding tanks, cut ally hoses and pipes, cut holes in walls, and the list goes on, and then I caught him selling my wood stove to a neighbor. I have reported all of these things to management and nothing was done. He is long time family friends with the manager so I talked to the owner on two separate occasions, all he had to say is that he didn't want to be in the middle of it. This has been going on for months. Manager told me to call the police next time. So on January 29th he attacked .e in the parking lot and I called the police. I feel like if they would have wrote him up it would of never gone to this point of violence. And then I'am giving an eviction notice
A: Not sure why this is posted in Oregon since this is a WA issue. I would suggest seeking out a free consultation with a landlord-tenant attorney in your area. They can go over whether or not you have a case worth pursuing.
