Q: hi, i got a speeding ticket as a juvenile and now as an adult got pulled over driving with a suspended license. help.
i got my license taken as a juvenile and got it suspended for 60 days with privileges and then got caught driving out of my privileges and then got caught again as an adult. please just give it to me frank - how screwed am i?
A: It sounds like a standard DUS. Your probably looking at another reinstatement fee, another suspension, and a hefty fine. But, depending how it is charged, the judge may have the option of jail time, and some use it if they think you just aren't getting the message about your license.
