Q: Potential lawsuit?
Was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, advised work I couldn't stand per doctors orders restricting me to desk duty only. They accommodated, however several days in other supervisors, managers were going against what the store manager directed and were telling, making me do physical work, including delivering stock to other stores using the company vehicle. I told management that this was hurting my foot. The store manager told me "I hired you and am paying you as an assistant manager and i can't even get that use out of you". Within approx. Two weeks later I was let go despite complying with giving the management doctors notes, diagnosis paperwork.
Also, what is the statue of limitations with regards to filing?
