Q: Good morning, I'm contacting you because I have a question concerning a friend of mine.
About one year ago he was talking to a man online and it lasted for about one week, their conversation was basic and they talked about their job, the education system, ther music taste and after finding out they were both listening to the same music my friend jokingly said, word for word "Baby, I'll kill your girlfriend to take her place <3". it was precipited and the man, understandably, didn't appreciate his humour and blocked him. He seemed to be scared. To make up for what he said, my friend sent him a message from his second account apologizing and assuring that he would never hurt him or his family and promised never to bother him again. The man called him a psycho stalker, and a mad idiot and blocked him again and that was it. He didn't try to contact him again and stuck to his promise.today he is terrified and feels extremely guilty, he said he is thinking about suicide, he studies law and wants to drop out now.
we'd like to know what will eventually happen to him
Thank you

I already answered your question (stated differently):
"Probably not the smartest way to express one's self, but I don't see a crime there."
