Little Rock, AR asked in Family Law for Arkansas

Q: Do I have a case to limit Great grandparents visitation rights that are court ordered

The child is showing behavioral issues before and after returning from the g-grandparents child is getting in trouble at school for not listening to authority we have discussed problems with g-grandparents and they simply say we are over reacting and they do as they please when they have visitations (such as letting child (age12) have cell phone free access to the internet no restrictions on when child goes to bed taking child shopping every weekend bc child throws fits (throwing herself on the floor screaming) they let child stay all weekend with friends when it's their visitation) child has instagram Facebook and many other social media accounts that g-grandmother lied about childs age to set up (with out child's custodial parents approval)

A: Like all custody and visitation issues, the Court will look at the best interest of the child to determine whether the grandparent visitation should continue. If you want to change the visitation order, you will need to hire a lawyer to file the appropriate paperwork.
