Q: I have a speeding ticket front 5 month ago, can i get a dismissal or get it drop to 15 over the limite?
I just recently obtained my cdl license and no company want to hire me because of that ticket, i need it to be at least 15 over the limit and ill be ok to get a job, it was spending general and this is the only moving violation in my record.
A: If you have already been found guilty of the ticket, and the appeal time frame of 10 days has passed, then no - there is really no viable option to change something that old. You can talk with a traffic or criminal defense attorney in your area, but I find it highly unlikely that there will be a better answer. Sorry to pass on that news.
