Q: Question regarding charity fund.
I am wanting to start a GoFundMe campaign for a concept in which donated money is invested by me (A single person, not a business or LLC/charity, etc) in places such as REITs. The profits are then donated to the homeless/needy. I would be stating in the campaign that upon donation, they agree that I cannot be held accountable for any legal issues (Basically they can't sue for any reason after donating). Is there any legal issue I should be worried about in this concept?
