Asked in DUI / DWI for Florida

Q: Would like to know my best options in my DUI case.

Arrested for a DUI on February 15 2017 in Broward County. This is my second DUI. First DUI happened over 5 years ago, back in 2007. My second time I refused the urine test. Agreed to breath test on both of the DUI arrests. Looking to consult with a lawyer on my options as soon as possible. Ideally today. Thank you, greatly appreciated it.

A: The most critical thing right now is to address the DHSMV administrative suspension of your license for the urine refusal. We only have 10 days to file the appeal, so that must be done ASAP.

I would need to know more about the case to give you a more complete assessment of your chances for success.
