A: If you resolved the workers comp claim using STIPULATIONS WITH REQUEST FOR AWARD you can try to settle out future medical rights with a Compromise & release agreement. IF YOU settled the case with a Compromise & Release agreement, that is final; it is a contract and you agreed to it. Most annuities cover the money injured workers owe to Medicare for the Medicare Set Aside, the MSA ... so if you sell it for a little cash and medicare demands it's money and you cannot pay Medicare it's money, you could lose your medicare benefits.
