Q: A animal control lied someone else signed off my rights now SPCA won't give them back
There were 7 only 6 made it to SPCA I have pics of my lost dead by gunshot to head. None were agressive dead 1 was old. I never gave up my right officer had someone else sign off on my dogs
A: You clearly have a hurt; but a legal case I don't see as the law doesn't generally value pets very highly and the SPCA isn't held liable if they get a signature from the wrong person. However just to be sure, why not contact a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults.
