Q: I side bumped into a car no damage caused, they said they weren't going to report it, can they do that ?
I side hit a car and I stopped and discussed the situation, they said nothing happened to either car and no injuries were caused so they decided not to file a claim, they even told me that a few months before a semi-truck had hit them on the side I bumped into them so that is why they had scratches. Now they filed a claim and me to pay for the scratches, that they had claimed they got by the semi/truck. They did call the cops but they said for them not to come cause everything was fine
