Q: Do I have a case

I called off on Monday to go to the hospital I have records showing I called and texted my night manager the next day the other night shift manager texted me asking if I was coming in I said yes but I will be late she said that was fine when I arrived to work my g.m walked in and printed out wright up for the prior night and that night I refused to sign the first one and she started getting loud with me so to get her to leave me alone I signed the second so I could get back to work once I signed the second one she told me I just signed my termination papers and to give her my head set and go I have never had any wright ups prior to that
