Claremont, CA asked in Divorce for Colorado

Q: Is there any possibility I will owe any alimony to my future ex? He still isn't working. Claiming disability.

My husband gave up his min wage job & a rental house as I made pleanty of money. I owned a house & '11 Accord. He took care of the house & was supposed to get his furniture business going & fix up the house - we bought over $3000 of tools. He got rid of his '78 truck & his '86 car & we bought him a '11 F-250. He had multiple physical problems & had the following procedures: permanet bridge for broken front tooth, foot surgeries for arthritis, carpal tunnel surgery - both hands & deviated nasal septum surgery. Most were from injuries sustained over 15 years prior. When we met, he had very few clothes & his personal property fit in a trunk. Now, he has lots of clothes, shoes, a suit, $2000 massage chair, computer, smart phone, flat screen TV, kitchenwear, tools + & lives in a $1400 trailer we bought. I am taking ALL of our debt, paying off his truck & insuring it. We separated after 18 mos & I have paid him an ave of $1500/mo for over a year. Wed 3 years this May. I have 2 kids, not his.
