Q: if my roommate let's my dog out of the fence and she get killed can I sue her
My roommate keeps letting the dog out of the fence and she was almost killed by a car today. There is a runner system installed on my porch (with a gate) so she can go out without having a chance to get out. There are many precautions in place to prevent her from escaping. When I'm home this never happens
