was worried about her as she cannot manage her affairs. My sis took my mom to lawyers to supposedly have her name on legal document for the house to be given to sister on my moms death. My sister then wrecked my moms car and my mom was without transportation. After months of being house bound and sis. not coming around to help my mom as she got a job. My mom now knows with no car she cannot do for herself and wants to sell home and move between 2 other daughters houses. Sister says she cannot sell her own house. She the sister will not sign for it to be sold. Help My mom paid for that house in full. My sister must have told the lawyer in advance what she wanted and my mom just signed whatever it was thinking my sister would have told him it's yours upon your moms death. A: You can research online in the official records of the county where the property is located to determine if your mother does not have the ability to transfer the property.

Once you determine that, you should see an attorney (the attorney can do the search for you in about 3 minutes) who can tell you other remedies including the possible ability to set aside the transfer.
