Q: I was in a car accident and the insurance company keeps bouncing my claim from 1 company to another failing to contact

In addition the insurance that the driver gave me and the police was not valid he showed proof for Century National but when my insurance called they could not if any proof of him. We were able to locate him when his insurance Arrowhead Exchange called my insurance but now Arrowhead Exchange has moved my claim to American Claims. Do I need a lawyerGood

The car accident was on Monday. Where I was going straight on a single lane street and another driver pulled from the curb attempting to make a u-turn and smashed into me causing me to spin out and completely totalling my vehicle. The police determined the other driver was completely at fault. However the other driver's insurance company has failed to contact me and keeps bouncing my claim from one adjuster to another, dodging my calls.
