Q: I have a few questions about where I stand in a divorce?
Been married 18yrs, we have a 16 & 18 yr old, tried everything just can't do it anymore. I live on my family's 20 acres which I in my name only and when my kids are legal age will be put in theirs...is there any chance he can take this away through divorce? I have a terminal Liver Disease and haven't been able to work and don't have disabled so don't know how that works. Can you explain to me? My 18 yr old will be going to college but 16 yr old will be with me...she has problems with her father! He has had trouble with med addiction and being aggesive... Hasn't hurt us but come close
