Q: I fell really hard in the store on April 16th and I was bleeding two men had to help me up the manager

The manager told me that they do not take incident reports anymore and I can give him my name and number and they will give me a call and let me know where they were going to do about paying for my doctor bills because I was bleeding and pay for my iPhone that was broken. I told him that that was unacceptable I wanted him to give me his name and number position and that he witnessed me falling on that day I have called back at least twice a week since this accident and have been told that I would get a call back I have talked all girl named Vicky and I have never received a call back from anybody what can I do?
