Never paid tix and believe lisence was suspended. Now want to take family on trip to VA. How to I ensure I can drive legally in this state? Again non resident of VA- just visitor- unpaid speeding tix from over 20 yrs ago.
A: You'll have to contact Virginia DMV and have them look up any record you may have. Contact options are listed at dmv.virginia.gov.
