Q: Where do I find the answers for Texas rules?
A: In the statutes, court decisions, Texas appeals panel decision, rules and regulations. The OIEC for the DWC has a small summary of the appeals panel decisons that may be helpful. However, it's not something you can just learn. Lawyers go to law school for 3 years after completing a 4 year college degree.

You can go to the DWC website. There you will find the Appeals Panel decision manual (which I helped, in a small part to write, mostly written by Bob Lang). I will post the site for you. The manual sets forth all the relevant law followed by DWC. Good luck to you.
