Asked in Divorce and Probate for Oklahoma

Q: after divorce decree respondent discovered attorney for petitioner given information about probate case parties were in.

Probate attorney stated CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN NOT GIVING RESPONDENT CASE Information husband and wife beneficiaries in. However day before final decree hearing petitioner attorney given status of case, in fact petitioner gave her attorney probate attorney cell ph. # and she talked to him prior to writing decree agreement respondent would not have signed if he was aware probate closing to be filed next month. Respondent had requested same info. but denied. Had respondant been aware of what probate lawyer told petitioner lawyer he would not have signed agreement. Found out same day and filed grievance with state bar assoc. alleging ethical violation against probate attorney. Can decree be voided or altered?
