A: You have a couple of things going on here. First of all, you need to go to the Secretary of State and get your license reinstated. You will have to pay a reinstatement fee. Make sure you actually have your license reinstated before you drive. Second, you need to take care of the ticket that you failed to go to Court for. If you did not show up to court it's possible that a warrant is out for your arrest. So you need to bring that ticket back up in court and appear in front of the Judge. Ideally, you should go to Court with a valid license. Find a lawyer in your area that can handle all of this for you.

A: First, check to see if you have a valid driver's license.

Only the Secretary of State can tell you for sure.

If not, do what they tell you to get it reinstated.

As to your current ticket, driving no valid DL is a lot easier to handle than driving suspended.
