Q: NVC sent VISA to Embassy its been over 8 month and Embassy did call for an interview can lawyer intervene and find out

NVC Notify me that my visa is sent to embassy in Aug 2016 till now I have not hear anything if I send e-mail to embassy they reply the are reviewing it, now my fingerprints expired can any lawyer intervene and follow up why embassy not called for an interview

A: It is possible to have an attorney make a status inquiry. However, if you already have an attorney of record, you would have to take steps to replace the current attorney.
