Q: I am a mother of 8 NO criminal Record.Serious charges

Felony count 1 forgery Felony count 1 forgery Felony count 1 Possession stolen property Felony count 1 Possession stolen property Misdemeanor count 1 possession stolen property Misdemeanor count 1 possession stolen property. I took care of a friend of my mom who recently had moved upstate on same property. While her 1st month here I paid for her food laundry clothes cigs and more. She owed me over 300.00 Went to the bank on the 1st to cash her ss check. She took a purse off counter went back to car. Handed me 2 credit cards and said use them for whatever I owe you. Clearly, the purse was not hers nor the credit cards. I used the cards once at shoprite to purchase food for my children as there was no one else to help me, and used one card a quick check to purchase gasoline and cig for the 2 of us. Obviously I can't afford a great attorney I have been appointed one whom I have seen for decades toss her clients straight down the creek. What do I do?
