In a 19000 dollars for code violations and leins on it can I pay the back taxes and a quick claim and eviction notice on the squatter

A: The legal documents would need to be reviewed to give you an exact answer, but it seems that you would need to purchase the property at tax deed sale. After you became the owner, you could file an action against the squatter. It doesn't sound like it, but you will want to be careful the squatter didn't obtain legal rights by virtue of their possession of the property.
