Q: husband got out of jail. and the judge dropped the no contact order. is he aloud to just come over whenever? even move n

haven't filed for divorce yet. I have a 9 year old that's not his. I don't want this. and his lawyer said there is nothing I can do to stop him.

That would exclude him temporarily if the court granted it. Or if he makes threats or gets physical, call the police and get a protective order.
