How can he get an order of visitation

A: He has to file a Petition to Establish Parentage.

This used to be called "reverse paternity".

A: Your father must go to court to have himself named as the father first. That court is the court that would grant visitation.

A: He needs to see a lawyer to get a visitation order. He will also be ordered to pay child support.
