A: Not legally. Each state taxes citizens and businesses on their regulated products that are fueled by addictions. Booze, cigarettes, drugs, marijuana --- are easy targets for legislators to generate tax money.

When you get a regulated product in a less costly state, and bring it here to GA, you violate the tax law.
