Q: Bail out before or after arraignment?
Booked on 3 misdemeanor counts, throw at vehicle, dui in possession of, and blowing over 0.08, 1 felony count awd non firearm. Client also has outstanding traffic tickets, from before arrest. With a previous brandishing charge that is 10 years old, no other priores. Client is also from area, employed, with a wife and three kids. Should they bail out before or after arraignment to get affaires in order?
