Q: Can I use words like "remix" and "original" on a t-shirts if they are registered here: Serial Number 87317107.

Original and remix sounds like generic worlds to me. Or it is not? Can someone register "Merry Christmas" and sue everyone for IP infringement if they print t-shirts with "Merry Christmas"? Can I start selling t-shirts with name "Original" and "Remix" in a completely different design and without "The" word? Will in be an infringement? Also these wordings are registered in category "Tops for babies, children and adults; Baby bodysuits". Will if be problem to register new my wordings (Original, Remix) in T-shirts section?

A: A look into the registered mark shows that the trademark is for the sentence: "THE ORIGINAL, THE REMIX, AND THE ENCORE".

I don't see this being an issue for having words like "original" or "remix" printed on a t-shirt.
