Q: We sold a puppy to someone over a week ago and I asked when she came to pick him up if I can text her and see how he

Was doing every now and again and she said absolutely.

So I text her this morning and asked how he was doing and she said I've been meaning to call you he hasn't ate in a few days and won't drink I would like to return him to you .

So I said yes please bring him back so I can get him to eat and drink she said ok pick him up after 5 I told her ok send me her address.

Well I sent her a text message and said can you please send me your address and now she is saying she changed her mind

What can I do ?

He hasn't ate or drank in a few days and he is 9.5 weeks old?

A: I would suggest calling your local animal control and advising them of the situation and ask if they can send someone out to check on the puppy. They will be able to determine if the dog is in danger or not. If you are looking to have the dog returned to you, then you need to sue this person in court to get the dog back.
