Q: Whoever is in summons theres names can they speak in court even though it has to do with my youngest daughter is 17
Its,on cusdoty of my youngest daughter n she will be 18 in sept is,there a chance the judge will dismiss the case cause of her going to be 18 in sept
A: Hard to believe there is no case on file.
If there is a case, on file, custody issues can be addressed up to age 18.
Practically, the judge is not going to overlook what a 17 year old wants.
