Q: friend filled out I-130 and came to US on visa and was to await green card but he left within 2 months.can he come back
friend left because he found out his girlfriend was pregnant, back in El Salvador, and she had no one to watch for her. The visa expiration date in his passport isn't until Aug, what can he do to be allowed back in and to receive his green card. thank you
A: Your fact make no sense. An I-130 is not a visa. If he has a valid multiple entry visa he will be able to return.
