Q: Dear Representative, Do I need formal agreement to obtain permission to use content created by someone else online?

If so, how should it be administered? In addition to content I'll create on my own for my blog, I also want to provide related content (from a non-competitor) that's created by someone else. I have created a semi-formal agreement but I'm uncertain whether it's appropriate for obtaining permission to use someone else's content. Here's a sample version of the agreement:

"Agreements: I (Pair Reception), would require your company's ( ) express written consent to re-publish your content. Your company's ( ) consent could be granted by email. Pair Reception in return, will re-publish your ( ) content on both Pair Reception's website and email newsletter within 72 hours on reciepant of your company's ( ) content for my website and within two weeks of reciepant of your company's ( ) content for my email newsletter.
