Q: Can I get my license back even with a civil lawsuit.
I got sued by the insurance company in 2009 from an accident that happened in 2005 for 5000. I did not have insurance at the time of. Is there anyway to get my license back, do I have to pay at least half, Or can I make payments? What are my options? I live in Lowell Massachussets.
