Q: Pleaded not guilty -Avoided accident didn't hit any car. How do i defend myself?

Charges - Driving too fast for conditions & Improper lane change Improper use of center lane. How can I get all charges dropped before a jury. I do not have a lawyer I swerved around car in front of me while travelling to avoid hitting and did not hit any car but hit proper off the road.

I want all charges dropped and non of these charges could be proven. What can I saqy before the jury and judge to get these charges dropped and I not be penalized.

A: You hire a lawyer. You avoid posting on media sites.l You aren't required to have a wreck to be charged. You went off the road which means you didn't keep your car under control. Did you stay right except to pass?

You need to shift focus to what a judge will think. Don't count on a jury--you will honk them off if you waste their time with this.
