Q: Found out I have a son who is now 8 another man is listed on the birth certificate can I get rights n remove him off BC

What r the chances of having him removed from the BC and me getting custody rights to him and what will happen with him do they still give him rights

A: you need a DNA test done. The court can order a DNA test and you should hire an attorney to start this process
