Los Angeles, CA asked in Federal Crimes for California

Q: Possible Trafficking Felony.

Sent from Cali to Arizona. He vacuum sealed everything yes however he still knows what he did is absolutely stupid and possibly threw his entire life away over something to minuscule. He has his medical card the intent was to have it for himself while he visits his friend in AZ. He is fearing the absolute worst possible. He sent 1 vaporizer and 2 of those 1/2 gram oil cartridges. No criminal history in the past except for a DUI years ago at a .082, pulled over for front license plate missing. What is the best case scenario for him if he gets busted.

A: Yes you need to contact an experienced Federal Criminal Attorney to assist you as soon as possible. It is too soon to discuss best and worst case scenarios without having all the evidence, charges and files reviewed by an attorney. The fact that he has a medical card is helpful but does not explain exactly while he mailed it out of state. Contact an attorney to work on a Defense to the charges.
