Death to me. We were in the fast lane and he hit the side of my car causing me to hit the wall and come across 4 lane highway. The driver was caught and arrested but what other charges could he face

A: Assault by vehicle and others. However you need to contact a member of the Ga. Trial Lawyers Assn for this. They give free consults. Do not discuss on social media at all. Discuss with the lawyer.
