Q: If I if I was hit with a basket by another customer in Walmart is Walmart reliable if I was injured

A: If you work for Walmart during the incident then it would be Work Comp, but in this case both are customers, they may have a MED PAY option to pay medical bills for injuries occurring on the property to claim, otherwise you for sure have a claim against the other customer

A: Typically, stores like Wal-Mart are not liable for every incident that takes place on the premises. It is reasonable for Wal-Mart to provide shopping carts. Unless Wal-Mart had some prior notice of the other customer acting in a careless manner, it would be difficult to connect the dots and establish liability or fault on the part of Wal-Mart.

A: I don't think so. Wal-mart is not responsible for the action of customers. In some circumstances, Wal-mart could be liable for it's own negligence that led to another customer striking you with a care, like it did not provide sufficient room in the aisle for carts to pass each other. That would require an inspection of the area and measurements, and testimony of an expert.
