Q: My dog ended up having a heat stroke on pet sitters watch and died. Contract was signed. Who has to pay medical bills?

A: It would depend upon the terms of the contract. You would also likely have a lawsuit for damages due to negligence of the dog sitter. However, I am not sure what the medical bills are versus what it would cost you to go after the dog sitter.

I suggest that you should consult with a litigation attorney in your area to get specific advice.
