Q: my brother was killed because of police negligence, what can we do now?

he was on drugs and we had a domestic disturbance and Hpd told us he has to be separated for 24 hours so they asked him where he wanted to go, so my brother told them about his questionable friend and thats where they took him and we found next day dead(it was not overdose he was bleeding from his nose) at that freinds house.. he also had almost 1800$ with him which was never recovered. we are still waiting on the investigators to call us
