Q: What should I do,if another driver insurance company refuses to rent me a car, after two weeks since the accident.
They say they have to do a liability investigation, they're client was ticketed for running the traffic light and causing the accident. Also a witness gave a statement to that fact.
A: The problem is most laws say they have to reimburse you** --they don't have to front the money.Get a copy of the police report.Send it to them. Time to contact a member of the Fla Justice Assn about your injury claim. It's no longer d.i.y. time and they give free consults. Get to a doctor --clearly the insurance company won't be doing you any favors. Hopefully you didn't give them a statement. Don't give them more.
