Q: Hello, I recently had my license suspended due to violating a PDP warning how do i obtain an RDL?

RDL- Restricted Drivers License to go to work

PDP- Probationary Drivers Program

Only 2 main tickets on my record No turn on red, Speeding 30+

I have Never drank and drive just simply violated the PDP because I had gotten into an accident that wasnt my fault but the police officer wrote down different color of the light in which caused me to be at fault and there are no traffic cameras just a red light camera so i was forced to be at fault.

A: You can't obtain a restricted drivers license in NJ because one does not exist. Unfortunately in NJ when you lose your driving privileges, you lose them all.
