It depends on her birth date. The age of consent in Alabama is 16. If she was 16 when she was impregnated, its not a crime in Alabama. If she was 15, it is.
If she was taken across a state line for the purposes of having sex in a different state it may be a federal crime. Not likely, but possibly. It would depend on the facts.
